You can make your own cleaning products at home, saving you money and having the bragging rights of a real DIYer. The best part is, these products work just as well, if not BETTER than the store-bought version.

Tub, Tile, and Grout Cleaner

This tub and grout recipe will get your bathroom looking sparkling clean! Simply mix the ingredients together in a small squeeze bottle. The baking soda will help remove the tough stains while the hydrogen peroxide makes it sparkle and shine. Although the mix contains less chemical than that of store-bought cleaners, it’s always a good idea to wear gloves when cleaning.

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 1/4 cup hydrogen peroxide
  • 1 teaspoon liquid dish soap

Stain Remover

This simple stain remover recipe will get your clothing looking like new! First thoroughly mix the dish soap, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to make a paste. If you find the solution to be watered down, you can add more baking soda to the mixture. Once the mixture is complete, rub the stain remover into the stain and let it sit for about an hour. More if it is a tricky stain. Your clothing is going to be so fresh and clean, people will ask if your outfit is new!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 Part Dawn Dish Soap (We think the blue
    Dawn Ultra works best!)
  • 2 Parts Hydrogen Peroxide
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Baking Soda

All-Purpose Cleaner

Everyone needs an all-purpose cleaner! This one will have a fresh scent with a cleaning boost from the lemon! It is as easy as combining all the ingredients in a spray bottle and giving it
a good shake! This recipe has to sit for a week before using so make sure you leave yourself enough time before use.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 Part White Vinegar
  • 1 Part Water
  • Lemon Rind
  • Rosemary Sprigs

Glass Cleaner

This glass cleaner will have your guests checking to see if you left your windows open! Combine all the following ingredients into a spay bottle and voila, DYI glass cleaner!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 Cups Water
  • ½ Cup White Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup Rubbing Alcohol (70% Concentration
    Works Best!)
  • 1-2 Drops of Essential Oil
    For Smell (Optional)
