We allow up to 2 cats per apartment, with a one-time non-refundable fee of $300.00 and a monthly pet rent of $25.00.
Upon renewal, we offer 12 month or multiyear leases. Each renewal will have an increase of 3-5% of the current rate. We also offer a month-to-month renewal at an additional $200.00 per month on top of the renewal price, as well as a 6-month renewal at an additional $100.00 per month.
