Finding the "Perfect" Apartment

Brawn Media - Monday, August 10, 2015

With so many different Apartment Complexes within the area, how do you pinpoint which one is the best fit for you? Below are a few key pointers on items to consider when finding your "perfect" apartment.

  1. Size of the Apartment -  One of the first items you should ask when inquiring about an apartment complex is whether they have the size apartment you are looking for. Whether you are looking for a one, two or three bedroom apartment the availability may decipher your decision.
  2. Location of the Complex - Make sure you keep your search within the are you desire to live in. You may absolutely fall in love with an apartment that ends up creating a long commute to work and/or school which can put a damper on your search. A great tip is to only look at apartments that fall within your driving distance requirements to help avoid being crushed when you realize your "perfect" apartment is too far of a drive.
  3. Amenities - Some people solely search for apartments based on their amenities. It is important to know ahead of time the amenities that are an absolute requirement for you. If you need a fitness room - does the complex have one and if so, when are are they open? Is there a pool that you can use? Does the rent include any utilities?
These are just a few items to consider when finding an ideal apartment. We hope one of our Apartment Complexes is able to meet all of your needs/requirements to become your next "perfect" living space!

Tips on Improving your Apartment

Brawn Media - Monday, July 20, 2015

With the beautiful weather we have been enjoying lately it makes me think of ways on how to liven up apartment space with brighter, bolder options. However, sometimes accomplishing that is easier said than done. With this topic in mind, below are some great options we have come across that may help you in your journey to improving your living space.

1. Colorful Scalloped Wall Art -  I dont know about you but we LOVE a pop of color in an ordinary room. A great idea on how to encorporate more color into your space is by creating a beautiful scalloped wall art piece. Here is a fantastic link on how to create this wall art - http://www.youaremyfave.com/2012/05/21/scallop-wall-art-is-my-fave-guest-post-from-brooke/

2. Paint Cards -  I don't think I could have ever imagined the paint cards you get from Hardware stores being turned into an amazing wall installation. Believe it or not it can look like a piece from an art gallery when you are all finished. Below is a great  example of what the paint cards can do to brighten up a room!

Holocaust Remembrance Week

Brawn Media - Wednesday, April 15, 2015

Holocaust remembrance week is April 12-19th. The remembrance week is the nation's annual commemoration of the Holocaust victims where each year state and local governments, workplaces, military bases, religious organizations, schools, and civic centers host observances and remembrance activities for their communities.

If you are looking to experience the full impact of what occurred during the Holocaust, you can visit the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C. This museum is  the United States' official memorial to the Holocaust. It provides for the documentation, study, and interpretation of Holocaust history. There are several exhibits which show different aspects of the horrific events of the Holocaust and provides an understanding about what the Jewish community had to overcome.

When will Spring arrive?

Brawn Media - Thursday, April 09, 2015

I'm sure we can all agree that we want winter to be over and done with! But I feel as though we are constantly asking when will the Spring weather arrive?

To help bring on the Spring vibes, try to decorate your space with beautiful flowers and/or decorations, place your outside furniture on your patio/balcony or lace up your favorite pair or sneakers and go for a walk.

No matter what activity you choose to do, the Spring weather will be here before we know it and we can all appreciate hearing the birds chirping in the morning and starting to see the grass turn green.
