What is the pet policy?

Stonegate is a pet-free community. Fowler Square accepts 1 dog OR 1 cat in the 8 Unit Garden style units. All other properties allow cats. Additional Costs: $300 non-refundable, one-time pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Must show proof that the pet is up-to-date on shots.
