Utilities are separate from the monthly rent. National Grid on average fluctuates between $120-$200 per month depending on usage. Conservice (water/sewer) averages around $25-$35 per month depending on usage. Spectrum cable & internet ranges from $100-$250 per month depending on which package you choose.

We allow up to 2 cats per apartment, with a one-time non-refundable fee of $300.00 and a monthly pet rent of $25.00.

Upon renewal, we offer 12 month or multiyear leases. Each renewal will have an increase of 3-5% of the current rate. We also offer a month-to-month renewal at an additional $200.00 per month on top of the renewal price, as well as a 6-month renewal at an additional $100.00 per month.

All residents have access to our 24/7 fitness room, basketball/tennis/pickleball court and seasonal swimming pool at our on-site Clubhouse.

Each building has an ample parking lot for our residents. We also offer detached garages for an additional monthly fee.

Each apartment is equipped with their own deadbolt.

We require each resident to obtain a standard Renters Insurance Policy, including Personal Liability coverage in the minimum amount of $100,000.00.
