RESIDENTIAL

As a resident of a Rosetti Properties apartment complex, we make it easy to quickly pay your rent by offering the option of online bill pay via our Tenant Portal. You can now make a one-time payment or set up a reoccurring payment schedule by automatic withdrawal from a checking account or a debit/credit card payment.*

If you should encounter any problems, or you are in need of any information about your new neighborhood, local services, etc., check out the community section of your apartment complex website which offers a plethora of information right at your fingertips. You can also always stop in to talk to your property manager in person or contact the Management Office by phone or email. We will gladly help get you any information that you may need. Rosetti Properties maintains a personal interest in the complexes and can be reached by telephone, all social media, websites, or via email for any suggestions or comments relating to your apartment.
