The Woodlands, a division of the ROSETTI PROPERTIES, is located in the heart of Latham, in the North Colonie Central School District.   The Woodlands is in close proximity to the Adirondack Northway, Route 7 and the NYS Thruway and minutes from all area shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals and professional buildings.

The Woodlands’ 1 – 2 – 3 bedroom apartments each have a private entry, spacious living room and formal dining room, walk-in closets, washer/dryer hookups, a galley kitchen, gas heat and central air.  Each private patio or balcony overlooks the manicured grounds.  Garages are also available.
